Rahul Gandhi on his second day to Uttarakhand election rally attacked BJP regarding B.C Khanduri. Rahul in a rally said, “I want them(BJP) to explain why Khanduriji became so important again after his removal in 2009. It seems he has been brought back by the BJP to cover up its scams.” He also said that Khanduri wasn’t important for BJP few months back only corruption was in its mind. He said that,” thousand and crores of rupees for development were sent but these were misused by the state government.”
Rahul Gandhi said that BJP never focus on the corruption in its ruled states like Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand and always gives more attention to other states. Rahul even blamed BJP for failure of passing strong Lokpal bill.
